Dear Kittatinny Parents and Community Members,

All members of the Kittatinny Regional High School community are invited to attend an open, public meeting regarding the use of Title I funding to provide support for at-risk students.  The meeting will take place on Thursday January 16, 2020 from 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. in the Kittatinny High School Media Center.Since 1965, the federal government has granted financial support specifically designated for schools to provide assistance to at-risk students.  This source of financial assistance is commonly known as Title I funding and it is currently allocated in accordance with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) which was signed into law by President Obama on December 20, 2015.  Kittatinny receives federal funding through the ESSA, which it utilizes to provide a host of academic supports and enhancements to its curriculum.  As such, we are required to host an informative meeting to present the public with details regarding the use of this funding.

Any questions, please contact Mr. Andy VanOrden, Supervisor of Instruction at 973-383-1800 x1330.
