Kittatinny Regional S.D. Board of Education and Kittatinny Education Association


At the regular public meeting of the Board of Education on Thursday, September 13, 2018, the members of the Board unanimously (by members present) approved and agreed to the recommendations for a contract settlement with the Kittatinny Education Association as provided by Mr. Edmund Gerber, PERC Arbitrator, to finalize a contract for the KEA and Board.  The Board of Education is hopeful that a the KEA will accept these terms as provided from this thorough and rigorous process.  To date, the KEA leadership and negotiation team members have not approved these recommendations from the independent, neutral, third party fact finding report.


The Board invites our community to closely review the following informational items, including the fact finding report.
